Julie, Associate Broker and Principal Broker of Crist Management, brings more than two decades of experience in residential, commercial, and investment real estate. Throughout her career, she has earned numerous industry awards and built a reputation for professionalism, market expertise, and exceptional client service. A lifetime contributor to our state political action committee, prior board member for local real estate board and now a committee member for professional standards and ethics violations hearings, Her extensive background in real estate provides owners with the knowledge and guidance needed to maximize the performance of their properties.
Leah is a REALTOR®, investor advocate, and property management professional who was raised in Hampton Roads and now raises her own family here. With a background in psychology and sociology, Leah combines strong communication and negotiation skills with a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. She specializes in creating positive experiences for property owners, tenants, and investors alike while delivering responsive, relationship-focused service. She has extensive knowledge in investment real estate and property management, flipping homes, creative methods for purchasing and holding, relationships with local lenders (and hard money lenders) and provides owners with the expertise needed to make confident decisions in an ever changing real estate market.
